Dear Inga Opens for SF Eastern European Food in the Mission - Eater SF

"Dear Inga, one of this fall’s most anticipated new restaurants, has finally opened at 3560 18th Street in Mission Dolores. It’s a project by Chef David Golovin and partners Jeff Hanak and Ravi Kapur. The restaurant specializes in Eastern European comfort food, including sausages, smoked fish, and stuffed cabbage. Golovin, who has experience at Spruce, La Folie, Rubicon, and Nopa, brings his passion for homemade sausages and complex cooking processes to the menu. The interior, redesigned by Seth Boor of Boor Projects, features white marble, natural woods, and strokes of teal and gold. The restaurant boasts an 83-seat dining room and plans for a 40-seat rooftop area. Golovin aims to showcase Eastern European comfort cooking in a city where such cuisine is underrepresented." - Becky Duffett
