When the long-standing Tony’s Bar made room for a new owner, this downtown spot kept much of the successful formula, including the building’s mural, affordability, and community spirit. Some of the details have been updated. A neon “Besos” sign allows for selfies, and boozy aguas frescas are ordered more often than beer.
