"I appreciate that owners Nada Abou Younes and chef Sean Murray Smith have temporarily traded their elaborate seasonal tasting menus for a weekend casse-croûte that still reflects Smith’s commitment to local produce: they’re serving grab-and-go items like meat or veggie hot dogs, root vegetable fries, vegetarian or vegan poutine, root beer floats with oatmeal vanilla ice cream, and lemon shaved ice out of the restaurant’s front windows on weekends (closed on rainy days), and their corgi Ugo is regularly in attendance." - Valerie Silva
