"A wood-fired, smoke-forward collaboration between Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry, slated to open at the MGM Grand in December. The menu emphasizes smoky, global flavors with dishes such as smoked St. Louis-cut pork ribs (offered with a smokey mama sauce), Vietnamese lemongrass with Saigon streusel, and Korean sesame-gochujang with toasted black sesame seeds; a shellfish platter of charcoal-grilled oysters, shrimp, lobster, and crab served hot and steamed tableside with lemongrass tea; and Curry's cornbread paired with Thai red curry butter. The concept began as a 2016 pop-up at Mina Test Kitchen, launched its first permanent location in 2017, and the MGM Grand spot will be its fifth location; it will be open daily for dinner." - Susan Stapleton
