"A Coastal Mediterranean fusion restaurant overseen by chef Ray Samlow, planned as the dining centerpiece of the 1st & Main mixed-use complex. Developed by local entrepreneur Jeff Hwang, the project pressed forward despite beginning construction during the 2020 pandemic and aims to be fully operational by early May, with the rooftop and courtyard patio intended to host special occasions like Mother’s Day brunch. The two-story, 4,124-square-foot space features dramatic 16-foot ceilings and 14-foot windows, seating that includes a nine-seat bar and room for about 42 guests inside, and a menu drawing on coastal French, Italian, Spanish, and Greek influences.
