"Equal parts bottle shop, beer bar, and music venue, this exposed-brick downtown spot opened in late 2023 and quickly became a favorite with college crowds. The focus is indie beers, though you’ll also find Washington wines and ciders (and probably a dog or two). Food was once limited to popcorn, but — “breaking news!” — the above-mentioned winery’s chef is now making Detroit-style pies for the bar (sold by the slice on Sundays).
