Japanese Sushi Bar Fudo Opens at Parkview on Peachtree in Chamblee | Eater Atlanta

"Opened in downtown Chamblee by John and Grace Lee of Ichiban Steak and Sushi, this Japanese café and sushi bar in Parkview on Peachtree offers Japanese small plates, sushi and cocktails. It hosted a free, all-ages grand opening offering complimentary wine and beer, sake tastings, small plates and sushi — including spicy mega tuna rolls, Pokémon rolls, assorted spring rolls, Brussels sprouts and pan-seared dumplings. The Lees designed the space to be relaxed and casual, with a large sushi bar, high-top tables and a full bar overlooking the dining room, plus a dog-friendly patio with retractable doors; the concept is described as “food with no limits.” Regular hours are Sunday–Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 11 a.m. to 12 p.m." - Beth McKibben
