"Set to occupy the ground floor of the Scott luxury apartment building at 3148 Woodward Ave in Brush Park, this forthcoming all‑American restaurant and bar has been in development for nearly two years and is on track to open in May. The 3,150-square-foot space will feature a 30-foot-long bar, mixed seating with two-top tables and high tops in the bar area, and a wraparound patio with shaded outdoor seating; early exterior and interior renderings have been released. It is the first original restaurant project from restaurateurs Michael Abrams and Brian Adelman (who hold Five Guys franchise rights in Michigan and operate 31 locations) alongside partner David Pittaway, and Culinary Institute of America–trained chef Aaron Lowen has been recruited to run the kitchens.
