Located at the Retail Shops at Sunset, close to the intersection of Stephanie Street and Sunset Road, the counter-service space replaces a roomy, former 3,226-square-foot Pei Wei restaurant. Family owned Ramen Belly prepares all its own noodles and broths daily inside an open plan, on-site noodle room. Available for dine-in delivery, and takeout, ramen bowls, soba salads, and rice bowls can be upgraded from a roster of toppings featuring mushrooms, tofu, pork belly, chicken chashu, egg, bamboo shoots, baby bak choy, and truffle salt, plus a choice of of tonkotsu, miso, shio, shoyu, or vegetarian broths.
