"After the bright-as-its-name Hot Pink Tea House closed, I found a comfortable new eatery serving high tea and creative desserts that has taken over the space at the Southwest Marketplace near the intersection of Rainbow Bluebeard and Windmill Lane, two doors down from the new paella spot Valencian Gold. The full menu leans Asian-inspired with cheese foam creations, milk teas and boba options alongside Western favorites such as red velvet lattes and a pistachio frappe; desserts include a bunny-shaped “Rabbit Q Pudding,” “sea salt molten cake,” waffles, “baked sago fresh taro pudding” and the molded, chocolate, puppy mousse. I also noticed croissants and toasted panini for those wanting something savory, plus a pair of “High Tea Service” options designed for two people that feature assortments of deserts, tarts, macarons, scones, ice cream, a savory dish and drinks. The location is listed as 7960 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 8000F, and the shop’s phone is 702-405-0061; it’s open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, closing at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday." - Bradley Martin
