"Coming to Irving this fall, EggHolic — founded in Chicago in 2018 by two Indian Americans — focuses on Indian-style egg dishes inspired by street-cart cooking across the continent, offering items like cheese katori, green egg curry, and Desi-style omelettes made with tomatoes, onions, and chilis; the menu also includes a large selection of vegetarian dishes, halal chicken, and lassis.
