"A Los Angeles sandwich-and-salad fast-casual chain plans to open four Houston outposts over the next two years: a Rice Village location this summer, one at Uptown Park in the fall, a Downtown spot at The Star this winter, and a Heights branch at 600 N. Shepherd in the M.K.T. mixed-use development (a 12-acre complex of offices, shops, eateries, and a fitness center) slated for 2020.
