"A sleek new desert restaurant has opened over the weekend. It’s called AC3, and should fit in nicely with the weekend and Coachella crowds. Located along Larkspur Lane in Palm Desert, AC3 is a collaboration between Andrew and Juliana Copley (Copley’s) and Tony Marchese (TRIO), situated adjacent to the Hotel Paseo. Expect casual new American fare like sea bass with black lentils and braised beef short rib, presented in a comfortable, design-forward setting.
