"This St Johns taqueria has been slinging chile relleno for nearly two decades, which has earned it a devoted following. The simple, utilitarian layout contrasts with the bright decor, complete with orange walls and a selection of art. Behind the plexiglass order window, meats and peppers sizzle invitingly on the flat top. The tightly wrapped burritos here are expertly crafted and dense enough to stand up vertically. The tortillas are some of the best in town: chewy and pliant, yet structurally sound enough to contain a generous scoop of scrambled eggs and cubed potatoes, along with Mexican meats." - Ben Coleman
