BB.Q Chicken to expand from Chinatown to Silverado Ranch | Eater Vegas

"A new 2,331-square-foot counter-service outpost is slated for a corner property near the intersection of Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Maryland Parkway, replacing the Ninth Island menu of Maui Tacos and adding an upgraded outdoor patio next to Veggy Street and Classic Rock Coffee Co. Part of a global chain of more than 2,000 international venues marketed as Korea’s “No. 1 fried chicken chain,” the restaurant specializes in battered and fried chicken prepared in 100% extra virgin oil. Menu highlights include a golden original flavor, a secret-spice version featuring a tomato, onion and garlic sauce, and a hot-and-spicy option; chicken is offered whole, as wings, or boneless pieces that can be dipped in a sweet-and-savory mascarpone and cheddar cheese powder. Expected sides range from kimbap and bulgogi poutine to corn cheese and Ddeok bokki spicy rice cakes.
