"An emerging restaurant-subscription platform that launched at the end of May 2020 and expanded rapidly, now operating across dozens of restaurants in more than 25 cities. The service is pitched as a way for operators to secure recurring revenue, predict demand, staff appropriately, and reduce waste while avoiding high fees and poor margins associated with major delivery and aggregator apps.
