Jozo DrinkLab Cafe expands to the westside | Eater Vegas

"Expanding from a two-year-old Stephanie Street base in Henderson, this shop is opening a 1,345-square-foot Rock Springs Plaza location at 7175 W. Lake Mead Blvd., near Tenaya Way, replacing the former Berry Blendz juice bar. Built around a concept of “creative drinks and fun treats,” the airy, modern space with light wood finishes will serve an extensive beverage menu — including Bullet Butter Coffee, cortados and lattes with “Cuban” or “beehive” flavors, cold brews, Vietnamese coffee, milk teas, milkshakes, and smoothies — alongside panini like avocado toast, tuna melt, and turkey-artichoke. Its signature attraction is the Belgian “waffle stick” dessert (noted as the only place in Las Vegas to offer them), served with Nutella, maple, or honey-cinnamon dips, plus stuffed sticks filled with fruit and larger ice-cream-upgraded creations such as the “matcha madness.” The westside spot is currently hiring and is expected to be open daily." - Bradley Martin
