"Shake Shack has announced what local products will be featured on the menu once open in Nashville. The cheeseburger comes topped with crunchy Peg Leg Porker seasoned cracklins and slathered in ShackSauce. The Caramel Bourbon Twist is vanilla custard swirled with Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Co.’s Bourbon Nib Brittle. The bourbon brittle also incorporated Corsair Distillery, as it’s made from aging cacao beans in their old bourbon barrels.
