Weeks After Manresa’s Closure, chef David Kinch Announces Plans for New Restaurants in Los Gatos | Eater SF

"After a 20-year run I saw that David Kinch’s flagship three-Michelin-star restaurant closed on December 31; Kinch initially announced plans to step away and sell the business and property in August, then decided to close entirely in November. Over its two decades it helped shape the California dining scene, and I noted that many of its alumni have gone on to open some of the region’s top restaurants and bakeries." - Lauren Saria
