Chef Max Hardy Plans to Open Two New Restaurants in Detroit | Eater Detroit

"Planned as a more casual, neighborhood takeout spot along the Avenue of Fashion, What’s Crackin’ will launch initially as a pop-up this fall with an official opening slated for 2021; Hardy is collaborating with Ron Bartell on the project. The concept is devoted to boiled, fried, and grilled seafood with a particular focus on customizable seafood boils where customers choose the mix of seafood for their bag and select a sauce flavor.
