"Outdoor music venue Dos Equis Pavilion (formerly known as Gexa Energy Pavilion, the Coca-Cola Starplex, and a host of other branded names) will soon boast a new line-up of dishes from major celebrities. According to GuideLive, the venue will soon serve a meat-free cheesesteak developed by the Roots frontman Questlove, chicken-fried brisket from Fort Worth’s own Tim Love, and a fried chicken sandwich from Top Chef contestant Fabio Vivani, among other new dishes.
