Brunch offerings include a raw bar, charcuterie, and paella stations, as well as eggs, Nutella French toast, Belgium waffles, entrees like grilled swordfish with papaya salsa, and a dessert table, of course. For dinner, dine on Alaska king crab legs with artichoke puree, beef tenderloin and Caribbean lobster with potato soufflé and lobster béarnaise, and Summer pavlova or mango coulis with macerated berries and Grand Marnier cream. Plus, all mothers receive a special selection of bonbons to take home at both brunch and dinner.
