"Located adjacent to The Barrel Room, this first satellite tasting room for Mason Ale Works features 20 taps pouring beer brewed at the brewery’s San Marcos and Oceanside locations and a bar stocked with an extensive whiskey selection that will also be used to mix beer-based cocktails. Executive chef Trevor Chappel will run the kitchen, which focuses on shareable plates ranging from bar snacks to gourmet salads and sandwiches and includes cured meats made in an on-site charcuterie room; the charcuterie program—with housemade salumi, prosciutto, and more—should launch soon.
