"A new Vietnamese restaurant has arrived in the University City area at the Renaissance Town Centre shopping plaza, presenting a small, modern pho-focused concept that owner Franklin Chou says was intended to be a "small, modern Vietnamese pho shop with a concentrated menu." As the sixth establishment from SDB Restaurant Group, the menu centers on pho options including the Pho Nom bowl (bone-in short ribs, meatballs, and boneless short ribs), a noodle-less pho broth featuring bone-in short ribs and vegetables, and a vegetarian pho version in development.
