"Because the poke trend absolutely refuses to die, NYC-based chain Pokeworks has plans to bring nine additional outposts of the fast-casual poke spot to Houston in the coming months. There are currently two locations of Pokeworks open in Houston, and another in Pearland, and another is set to debut at 1609 Post Oak Lane in February. No word yet on where (or when) the other restaurants will open as of yet. The Houston locations are part of a major expansion for Pokeworks, which has 130 restaurants across the country either open or in the works." - Amy McCarthy
