"Opening this spring at 2001 Bryan Street on the ground floor of Bryan Tower facing the DART rail, the Downtown spinoff of a West Dallas favorite will offer counter-service made-to-order pizza, salads, sandwiches and a case of prepared foods, with beer and wine available to drink on-site or to take to-go; I learned it will include some indoor dining plus a new 3,000-square-foot food patio in front, cater to the breakfast and lunchtime crowd, and stay open until 7 p.m. so Downtown workers can stop in for post-work libations and dinnertime provisions, and the owners Daniele and Christina Puleo plan to feature wines from their Puleo label." - Alaena Hostetter
