I’m told the Dallas spot will be three times the size of the original and is being conceived as three nightclubs in one: a cocktail bar and late-night eatery, a Vegas-style nightclub, and a members-only speakeasy called the Ruby Room (named after infamous Dallas mobster and nightclub owner Jack Ruby).
