"The Wine Pub is launching a new Meet the Baja Winemaker series on Thursday, April 12. Held on the wine bar’s patio, the four-course dinners will feature The Wine Pub’s resident chef Sergio Castro, owner of Baja California restaurant Mancha de Castro, along with winemaker guests from the Valle de Guadalupe. Cava Maciel winery’s Jorge Maciel will help to host the first event with Paolo Paoloni from Villa Montefiori scheduled to appear on July 31.
