"I found that Okamoto Studio, a New York–based ice carving collective run by Takeo and Shintaro Okamoto, now offers hand-carved ice sculptures for private events; they've become known for larger ice pieces at cocktail bars, bar mitzvahs, weddings, and fashion events, and are selling a 30-pound, LED-illuminated “Fun Luge” for $220 in more than 50 designs (from a Halloween pumpkin to the over-the-top “Dude Torso”) that serve as centerpieces and last about four to six hours before melting." - Diana Hubbell
