"Opening with Resorts World on June 24, Marigold — from Las Vegas–based Gen3 Hospitality and owner Billy Richardson — leans into vintage mid-century modern decor inspired by the golden days of Las Vegas and Palm Springs and plans to offer a roster of lobster-forward dishes alongside craft burgers, cocktails, decadent desserts, and classic American staples. The menu highlights lobster avocado toast, lobster croquettes, lobster linguini, and proper lobster rolls, plus craft burgers and cocktails. The restaurant sits on the main casino floor next to the Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas and features a large, vintage-inspired dining room that seats 200 guests, a bar, and two private dining rooms; it will be open Sunday–Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight." - Susan Stapleton
