Southern Nevada Health District shuts down four restaurants | Eater Vegas
"Closed on June 6 after inspectors found a multi-generational cockroach infestation and numerous food-safety issues, including excessive food debris in the kitchen, red meat turning brown, meat and tofu held at unsafe temperatures, a filthy floor, and a ceiling that appeared close to collapsing.
