"Flora Street Cafe, located in the Dallas Arts District, is about to debut a revamped menu and a new ritzy tasting room following the addition of Chef Tim Byres. Byres joined the restaurant to help Stephan Pyles revamp the cafe into a more casual and approachable restaurant. The cafe will offer experiential dining for lunch and dinner, a luxe tasting room, and a new brunch menu featuring dishes like TX Akaushi ribeye, cured steelhead trout, and fire-roasted Gulf oysters.
