Yonutz opens in Centennial Center with doughnuts and ice cream | Eater Vegas

"Opened as the brand's first location outside Florida in Centennial Center, this 1,500-square-foot dessert shop specializes in smash doughnuts — ice-cream–filled doughnuts sandwiched and hot-pressed on a waffle maker — and doughnut-topped milkshakes. Signature smash offerings include a Nutella Crunch (cookie-dough ice cream smashed and hot-pressed, finished with Oreos, cereal crunch and Nutella drizzle), a Unicorn smash (candy ice cream with cotton-candy bites and glitter), and a birthday-cake smash milkshake topped with Oreos and a mini doughnut; most smash doughnuts start at $8.95, while secret-menu shakes (Kinder Bueno, a Bang Energy birthday-cake rendition, cotton candy, etc.) are around $11.95. Beyond the smashes, the menu features classic and stuffed doughnuts (M&Ms, salted caramel Biscoff, pink Pebbles, raspberry jelly, Boston cream, apple pie), vegan and gluten-free options, mini doughnuts and decorating kits, plus ice-cream flavors like S’mores with Chips Ahoy and graham crackers, Strawberry Nesquik with Lucky Charms, French Toast with maple drizzle and a mini doughnut, and a Berry Bliss with mixed berries and Rice Krispies.
