"Oregon chain Killer Burger has started selling burgers for online orders at its new NE Russell location. Last year, the brand announced that it would take over the space once home to Russell Street Barbecue. The new space will specialize in takeout and delivery beer and burgers for now, and will begin accepting walk-ins on January 25.
