Tucked inside Falls Church’s Founders Row development, the year-old sensation wows with openers that aren’t going anywhere: pappardelle with Vietnamese short rib ragu, coconut curry risotto dotted with Hokkaido scallops, and oysters decadently dressed with a creamy buttermilk vinaigrette.
