"Chef Nuno Grullon opened his taco shop during the height of the pandemic and, despite enormous odds, the Mimo taqueria succeeded with people waiting in line for an order of tacos and a margarita. In 2023, Grullon’s tacos received national acclaim when Good Morning America pronounced it “the ultimate taco spot” after conducting an exhaustive search.
