"In my weekend review I wrote about Perry Lang’s, an eponymous Yountville steakhouse, which I called out in print. What I did not include — and later mentioned on Twitter — was the chef’s link to Jeffrey Epstein, and how the desires of the super-rich inevitably influence this particular take on luxury and clubbiness.
