"After a decade of serving up fun, irreverent cocktails, the neighborhood cocktail bar is in party mode for November: look for “surprise throwback specials” during 4 to 6 p.m. happy hours with $6 Old Fashioneds and mystery punch deals announced on social media the day of; a Slane Irish Whiskey night offering $10 hot toddies and Old Fashioneds with founder Alex Conyngham meeting patrons at the Kalorama bar from 6 to 8 p.m.; Thursday, November 14 features Maestro Dobel Tequila–fueled $10 margaritas and hot ciders; Signature Pepperbox and The Belmont cocktails will be $10 on Sunday during a book signing with Travis Mitchell, author of D.C. Cocktails: A Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by the Capital City (which includes two of the bar's cocktails).
