"Nobibi is opening this month in the Convoy Court shopping complex, bringing more picture-worthy sweets to the area. Its desserts are dreamt up by executive chef Shirley Shinn, whose confections include the Dream Cloud, featuring a swirl of ice cream floating in a pillow of housemade cotton candy and topped with rock candy and Pocky sticks, and a parfait layered with ice cream, fresh strawberries, crystal boba, Pocky, and cornflakes dusted with freeze-dried strawberry 'blush' for more fruity flavor." - Helen I.
