"The origins of Gabino’s Creperie are a Coachella Valley feel-good story. Palm Springs native Marcel Ramirez started his 2020 pop-up and quickly shifted to a successful brick-and-mortar by preparing his Argentine version of crepes. The result is a thicker crepe griddled with cheese and fillings like Buffalo chicken, chicken with pesto, and more.
