"Chef Brian Nasajon is opening Mason, a modern American diner with house-made everything, including bagels, breads, smoked deli meats, and condiments. The menu will feature a mix of classic diner dishes and less traditional fare like oxtail pot pie. The 100-seat space will have booths, charging stations, counter-seating, and an outdoor patio, serving beer and wine.
