"Sant Ambroeus quietly skied into Aspen’s gilded dining scene earlier this year, bringing its famed Milanese trattoria to altitude. Tucked in a painstakingly restored 1889 edifice on Main Street, the trio of sleek venues — a dining room, lounge, and courtyard — was designed by the famed Giampiero Tagliaferri Studio.
