"Best Pandemic Pivot Turned Permanent Shop of 2021 Early in the pandemic, Southern restaurant Olamaie pivoted into the fast-causal lane as a biscuit takeout service when dine-in services weren’t safe in 2020. And then the team smartly turned that into a full-grown physical cafe in the Wells Branch neighborhood July of 2021. The menu makes ample use of those wonderful biscuits a la carte or as sweet or savory sandwiches.
