Stella, at the Ghost Light Inn, offers a “pup menu” of chicken, salmon, or beef for your pooch (proceeds benefit the Animal Alliance of NJ) while you meditate on Delaware River views from the patio. The human menu is not shabby either, with seafood dishes like scallops served over quinoa and pancetta, black bass with root vegetables and vanilla velouté, and Jail Island salmon over farro, mushrooms and sweet corn velouté.
