"At the Pen 'n' Coop counter I tried the PEN sandwich ($14) and liked it: the concept bills itself as Italian street food with an American twist, focusing on porchetta and rotisserie chicken sandwiches alongside salads and sides. The PEN came on a long crusty roll with thin-sliced porchetta bolstered by broccoli rabe pesto, cracklings, caramelized onions, and mild cherry peppers, making for a tasty sandwich in which the meat ended up playing a somewhat minor role." - Robert Sietsema
