The daily happy hour (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) is centered around a neon-lit bar that doubles as a check-in stand to its 200 rooms. The neighborhood may be high end, but there are deep discounts at Moxy. During happy hour, prices on some signature cocktails — like the “Relationship Status” margarita — are slashed in half to $6.
