"A vegan and gluten‑free bakery from Sadelle’s co‑founder Melissa Weller and the team behind Fish Cheeks and Bangkok Supper Club, described as offering “American‑style baked foods for people with dietary restrictions” and set to roll out this summer. Weller—whose recent projects include Gertie and earlier High Street on Hudson, and who has baked at Per Se and Roberta’s—brings her bagel and pastry experience (notably a cinnamon cardamom roll) to the concept.
