"Blue Onyx Bistro, an upscale seafood and steak restaurant, will debut near the Galleria next month. The restaurant, designed by Nicole Niu, features a rich blue color scheme. Chef David Chang will focus on aesthetically pleasing dishes like 35-day house-dried aged ribeye steak, sea bass dusted with parmesan, and grouper filet with bacon wrapped scallops. The restaurant can accommodate 150 guests and will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m." - Alaena Hostetter
