Options include a tray of cold cuts with meats and cheeses; an 8-inch meat pie, a quiche-style puff pastry made with ricotta cheese, assorted cured meat, and bechamel sauce; or pork belly served with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Other options include melanzane parmigiana with Italian eggplant topped with fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, or lasagna with meat sauce and a blend of ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese.
