"A Denver-based, breakfast-focused chain is opening its third DFW outpost on January 31 in Oak Lawn, occupying a sprawling 4,200-square-foot space at 3211 Oak Lawn Avenue and operating daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Known for drawing major crowds, the spot will serve signature pancake flights, inventive eggs Benedicts and brunch cocktails alongside playful items like pineapple upside-down pancakes and a soft-scrambled egg sandwich on a pretzel roll. The location includes a full bar and will offer local pours from Bishop Cider Company, Deep Ellum Brewing and Community Brewing Company as well as the chain’s own sparkling wine, positioning it as a big new player in Dallas’s breakfast scene." - Amy McCarthy
